Shanza is a favorite mare of mine and I absolutely hate to part with her. She is easy to catch, easy going, not alpha, stands for farrier..doesn't like shots, but isn't stupid either. Shanza gets in foal easy, foals out easy, doesn't mind you being with the foal. However, during weaning she does stress and we have put her on regumate to hold existing pregnancies if she has been re-bred. She gave us one colt and the rest are fillies. All have been pintos except the last two years she gave us solid black fillies - both show quality. One is showing with Brenda at Firewater Miniatures in Colorado. Her photo is posted. Shanza Blue is a sweet, easy keeper and a great first mare for anyone.

Tess is a beautiful black pinto mare with a chiseled head and large eye. She gets in foal easily and foals out easily. She has never had any foaling issues. She is easy to handle, easy to catch, stands for shots, farrier, etc. She is not an alpha mare, but definitely lowest on the totem pole. She holds her own in a herd and fits in easily. We just weaned her 2011 filly who can be seen on the foal page. Her colt from last year is on the 2010 foal page. She would be a great starter mare for someone.

Small mare who has been a reliable producer. She has a foal in New Zealand (pictured) and one in Australia. Last year's colt is in Colorado in a show home and her filly, Ace is here and will not be sold. Sobe is quiet, not alpha but not the lowest either. She holds her own in a herd and adjusts well. She has never had any major foaling issues, usually gets back in foal easily. She did slip her foal at some point so she was open for this year. She is bred to Sawyer for 2012 - not confirmed yet, but we will do that and guarantee her to be in foal to one of our stallions prior to leaving.

Fortune is extremely dainty - well proportioned, excellent conformation, beautiful movement. She would make a great contender in the show ring, or a wonderful broodmare for your breeding program. She stood well for the farrier last time he was out and she learns quickly. With her beautiful head and large eye, she stands out in the herd of babies.
